2. Break Parkinson’s Law.



According to Parkinson’s Law, work expands to fill the time available for its completion. If you give yourself six months to prepare to a pitch to investors, you’ll linger on the project for a majority of that time, even if it should only take you a few hours to actually assemble your pitch deck. If you give yourself a tight deadline, you’ll concentrate all of your focus into that short period of time.



3. Learn to delegate.



You might think you need to be super-successful before you can start hiring people. The opposite can be true. Your business will stay small if you try to do everything yourself. 4. Stop multi-tasking.
